The project is putting a joint effort to provide fair living standards to American Veterans in the city. The entire project is funded by donations of community members, which enabled the establishment of the small Veteran Village – a tiny village where homeless veterans will be able to reside for free.
The village consists of 50 Tiny homes, that are providing all the amenities a normal home would offer. Furthermore, the residents receive food and other essentials, as well as safe and habitable environment. In addition to the homes, a village center will provide classes and free consultation to help veterans with traumatic events from their service.
The Veteran Community Project is built from other veterans that believe in supporting their comrades. This isn’t the first time Tiny Homes are used to solve philanthropic manners in the country but it doesn’t take any of the magic of this special tiny village.
The veterans are able to acquire friendship which other-wise wouldn’t have existed as life in the streets are all about survival.
