I was searching for honest and fair investors to buy my parents home and I found them. When I was first was contacted by Eden he was so genuine and professional. I knew immediately I found the right people. They offered to help my parents find a place to stay and agreed to close only after my parents found a comfortable place to live. Don helped in finding my parents and place to stay. They were very understanding and patient with us. Rami was very compassionate and fought really hard to make sure my parents were treated fair. He negotiated a deal with this company that placed a lean on the property. We believe they were trying to take advantage of my parents but Rami stepped in and saved my parents some money. While we are still waiting on the company to send over the agreement I’m confident Rami will get them their money. Richard was very helpful and knowledgeable at closing and explained everything to my parents in detail. They all played a valuable part in helping my parents sell their home. They really went above and beyond through this whole process. We are truly grateful for their services. It was bitter sweet since this home has been in my family for almost 50 years. All of the other reviewers are 100% accurate! I just sold a home that I owned in Margate, FL that I had not lived in for years. Not being in the area presented some complications for me with having someone live in the property. One morning I was searching the internet to see if there was a possibility of selling the house and Bigger Equity's website popped up - and Eden was on-line for the chat. That was the beginning of the sale process. Eden was so easy to work with. From my initial contact to the closing he was very attentive and kept me informed of every step - we were able to close in less than a month because of his attention to detail and preparedness. I owned a home in Boca Raton for several years. I never lived in the house. It was purchased for my daughter. She & her family moved & the house was vacant for awhile. It was in good shape and a popular model. To sell it I dealt with brokers. I deal with real estate brokers in New York. The Florida brokers commission rates were 40% to 50% higher than homes I sold in New York Unfortunately the brokers efforts were not successful.. In addition the Florida closing costs are higher for New York homes I sold. Based on these differences and no closings I decided to find a cash buyer. More wasted time would cost carrying costs such as real estate tax, utilities, insurance etc. I was very lucky to find a cash buyer soon after my change in focus. On the internet I found Mr Rami Shahmram of Bigger Equity. He was interested in my home & he immediately went to the house and made a very quick decision. The decision was positive. He did his due diligence and we went to contract. He also was able to expedite an inspection and his other requirements and we agreed on the cas sales price He was able to expedite the closing and we closed last Friday.
